Athens is a kind of city that is vibrant with life all year round. There is no time for boredom here, everyone will find something for themselves.

History enthusiasts will be thrilled with the cultural heritage of Athens,  the lovers of sunbathing will be pampered by the beaches and those who enjoy culinary challenges will be satisfied with the wonderful Greek cuisine.

Our offer includes an apartment for long or short-term rent.

The apartment is located in a nice districts of Athens -Paleo Faliro, right by the sea, 300 m away from Edem beach and 30 km from Athens ATH airport .

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, hair dryer, TV set, shower towels, oven, fridge, 2 air-conditioning and fast WiFi. It consists of one bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchenette, where there are additional sleeping sofas. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, including children.

Down the street, 50 m away from the apartment, you can taste Greek cuisine and around the corner, 100 m away from the apartment, you can do shopping  in a very well-stocked supermarket. You can  reach the heart of Athens by a direct tram, which has stops on the parallel street, only 150 m away from the apartment. At the beach, which can be reached within 5 minutes on foot, at sunset you can enjoy a beautiful view with a glass of wine.
